Yes! We offer non-members in-home care visits for a one time fee on weekdays and on weekends/holidays.
We do not accept insurance but provide superbills for reimbursement. HSA/FSA funds can be used.
Yes, insurance is recommended for hospital stays, imaging, medications, and labs.
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time, with a 30-day written notice.

Our Premium plan includes 24/7 access, and weekend emergency visits are available for an additional fee. You can also use the non-membership service and have an additional visit outside of your membership plan, as needed.
