Can I use your services without a membership?Yes! We offer non-members in-home care visits for a one time fee on weekdays and on weekends/holidays.

Do you accept insurance?We do not accept insurance but provide superbills for reimbursement. HSA/FSA funds can be used.

Do I still need insurance?Yes, insurance is recommended for hospital stays, imaging, medications, and labs.

Can I cancel my membership?Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time, with a 30-day written notice.

How do I contact Dr. Maya Levy?All calls go directly to Dr. Levy or her trusted team, no answering services involved. no more associates or NPs in the way.

What if my child needs urgent care outside of business hours?Our Premium plan includes 24/7 access, and weekend emergency visits are available for an additional fee. You can also use the non-membership service and have an additional visit outside of your membership plan, as needed. * If you feel you or your child are having a medical emergency call 911.
